Yoga Classes - online

Different theme each week drawing from the season, phases of the moon, and how they influence energy levels. Along with a yoga mat suggested props are a belt or tea towel and a cushion or block.
The class starts with a pranayama (breath) exercise. Expect to cover ladder flows, mandala flows, mixed sequences and peak poses. Yoga is an embodiment practice, where we use the sensations in our body to focus and stay in the present. This is interlaced throughout the sequence. The class closes with savasana so you return to the world revitalised.
