Yoga & Mindfulness Courses

I have ‘done’ yoga all of my life.  I did not discover it until I had my children.  Yes I was the person who would skip out of class before savasana.  Burnt out & disillusioned from life in the corporate world & constantly juggling,  yoga has been my salvation.  I get  a buzz sharing in such an uplifting experience.  

For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. So, my classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style to calm your mind and boost your mood. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.   

To complement this I also move to a slower based restorative yin style class where you hold poses for longer, working into the fascia and grounding by connecting to the breath.

You will leave feeling both physically and energetically uplifted.
